Example Dinner Party Menu
- A selection of our chefs exquisite canapés followed by Scallops and pancetta with crisp dressed baby leaf salad, and red pepper salsa.
- Main course: Rack of lamb with dauphinoise potato, parsnip and carrot puree with honey glazed winter vegetables.
- Dessert: Hazelnut and white chocolate parfait with butterscotch sauce.
- After dinner treats: A selection of fine cheeses, followed by coffee and petit fours.
