Saturday- Greek Grill Night

Grilled kofta, chicken souvlaki, flatbread, Greek salad, cous cous & pepper salad, plus a full selection of mezze dips and sides.

Dessert:

Chocolate brownie with cream

Sunday - BBQ 

A full BBQ spread including:

Marinated chicken breast, chicken wings, beef burgers, chilli & lime salmon, a selection of salads, and all the classic sides.

1. Product Overview

All Specials Pre Order Bundle provides access to all four Two-Course Evening Specials (Thursday–Sunday) during the Le Mans 2026 event, plus a £40 drinks token. Meals are served between 6:00pm and 9:00pm each evening. Available to Bronze package guests only.

2. Pre-Order Requirement

This bundle must be purchased in advance. Pre-orders close when capacity is reached or at the discretion of the organiser. On-site purchase of this offer is not available.

3. Drinks Token

The drinks token has a value of £40 and is redeemable at the event bar only.

Token is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Lost or damaged tokens cannot be replaced.

4. Menu & Dietary Information

Menu items listed are subject to availability and may be substituted with an equivalent alternative if required (e.g., supply issues, chef recommendation, or unforeseen circumstances).

Vegetarian options are available as described.

Guests with allergies or dietary requirements must notify the team in advance. While best efforts are made, cross-contamination cannot be fully guaranteed.

5. Service Times

Meals are served between 6pm and 9pm.

Guests are responsible for attending within this service window. Missed meal times cannot be refunded or carried over.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

This pre-order product is non-refundable once purchased.

If the event organiser cancels an individual meal service due to exceptional circumstances, an appropriate alternative or credit may be offered.

No refunds will be issued for non-attendance, late arrival, or unused meals.

7. Wristbands / Proof of Purchase

You may be required to show your booking confirmation or event wristband when collecting meals or redeeming your drinks token. Please keep these accessible.

8. Behaviour & Fair Use

The organiser reserves the right to refuse service in cases of disorderly behaviour or breach of event rules. No refund will be issued in such cases.

9. Changes to the Offer

The organiser reserves the right to amend menus, timings, or operational procedures where necessary. Any significant changes will be communicated in advance when possible.
