- All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the event is cancelled.
- Entry is permitted only with a valid ticket and wristband issued on arrival.
- Guests may leave and re-enter the hospitality marquee using their wristband.
- Tickets are limited and sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Menu items are subject to availability and may be changed without prior notice.
- Dietary requirements must be submitted when requested (mid-July)
- Complimentary drinks are limited to those specified; all other beverages are chargeable.
- The hospitality marquee will be open from 11:00am to 10:00pm on Thursday 27th August.
- Food service times are dependent on flight schedules and may be adjusted on the day.
- The flying display programme is subject to weather, operational requirements, and safety regulations.
- No refunds or compensation will be provided for changes, delays, or cancellations to the flying programme.
- Security staff will be present throughout the event and guests may be subject to bag searches.
- The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest for disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behaviour without refund.
- Alcohol will only be served to guests aged 18 and over; proof of age may be required and service may be refused at the organiser’s discretion.
- Parking requirements must be submitted when requested; availability is limited and not guaranteed without prior booking.
- Ticket holders will be contacted in mid-July to confirm dietary requirements, parking, and ticket distribution; it is the purchaser’s responsibility to provide accurate contact details.
- The organiser accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
- Attendance is at the guest’s own risk and the organiser shall not be liable for any failure or delay due to circumstances beyond their control.
